Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consultations and programs booked with Balancia Life. We aim to be fair and transparent about fees, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled consultation by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with adequate notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2. Program & Package Fees

Nutrition programs and Bach Flower Therapy packages involve personalized planning, time, and resources dedicated specifically to you. Because this work begins as soon as your program starts, the following applies:

• Fees for a program that has already commenced are generally non-refundable.
• If you wish to cancel before your program begins, please contact us — we will consider a fair partial refund on a case-by-case basis, minus any work already performed.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Our fees pay for professional guidance, expertise, and personalized care — not for a guaranteed outcome. As individual results vary, dissatisfaction with results is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below with your name, booking date, and reason. We will respond promptly and process any approved refund through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergency or medical necessity, please reach out — we will do our best to accommodate you fairly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
